How to Join ERWA

ERWA membership is open to all DOE and federal and contractor employees and their immediate families.  A $3.00 yearly membership is good for 1 or more family members.  Membership is good for one year from date of purchase. 

When retiring, visit ERWA and get a lifetime membership ($3.00 for life).  The lifetime membership provides you with a copy of the ERWAYS newsletter at publication, and allows you to take advantage of all ERWA-sponsored activities, as well as the great prices on our discount tickets and logo items.

There are several ways to join.

1. Print out the membership form found here and fillit out, place it in an envelope with a check for $3.00 and mail it to ERWA, Room E-066, GTN, or hand carry it to any ERWA office, (GTN – in cafeteria lobby), FORS – GE-139).  Your card will be mailed directly to you or handed to you.

2. Fill out the membership form found on the back of your ERWAYS newsletter and follow the above instructions.

3. Visit an ERWS shop or Membership Representative.  You will receive your membership card on the spot.  Representatives and their locations are as follows:
