Aerobics Classes

If you are having trouble sticking to a routine, you do not enjoy working out alone, and you want the convenience of having a workout developed for you aerobics classes may be just what you need.  The NIH Fitness Center offers a wide variety of classes for members as well as guest to enjoy at each site.
