Free Classes: Indoor Cycling
During the month of July, the R&W Fitness Program
is pleased to present
indoor cycling classes. Classes will be held at the Loft (T-39)
on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:15pm – 2pm. Please join our
fantastic instructor, Tiffany, for a 45 minute fun and challenging

FREE Fitness Boot
Thru August 1st, join Ana every Tuesday
and Thursday from 7am – 8am at the Loft (T-39), for a
Fitness Boot Camp! Classes will be held both indoors and
outdoors. Workouts will
include strength exercises, use of an agility ladder, running, and
more. Come prepared
to sweat and challenge yourself in this fun class!

JaWanna’s Workout of the Month
you find yourself not having much time to exercise but you want to
burn calories and gain strength? Try this 20 minute full body
workout that will have you in and out of the gym in no time.
begins with a warm-up and alternates the cardio moves with
strength training exercises.
You should use an appropriate weight for your strength level and
do approximately 10 repetitions of each strength exercise. Repeat
the workout three times, taking a 1 to 2 minute rest in between
rounds. Don’t forget to stretch after completing any workout!
