The R&W Fitness Program is excited to present FREE weekly yoga classes on main campus in June. Join our talented yoga instructors, Katie and Diamond for free yoga. Wednesday, June 12, 12-1pm in Building 45, Conference Room D. Dr. Michael Donovan, Director of Fitness and Wellness Programs for the R&W Fitness Program will discuss answers to common questions about men’s health.

Crossfit Competition

You may have seen the Crossfit Games on ESPN or heard people talk about the WOD (Workout of the Day). On Thursday, June 13, try it for yourself and compete against others - the 1st heat begins at 4:30pm at the Loft (T-39). This mini-competition is open to all abilities. Featured Personal Trainer of the Month: Olivia Crisson

Olivia received her B.A. degree in Psychology and Business Administration with an emphasis in Motivational psychology. She earned her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2009. Olivia is also a NASM certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. She specializes in corrective exercise, weight-loss programming, strength training, and flexibility conditioning. Olivia has worked as a personal trainer for over five years and enjoys helping her clients improve their quality of life through personal training. 

 To introduce Olivia to the NIH community, personal training sessions with her are being offered at a discounted rate at Rockledge and Building 31 until August 1, 2013.  The discounted rates are:

·         Five 50-minute sessions for $200
·         Five 25-minute sessions for $150
