Thai KICKBOXING Course!

Learn the fundamentals of Kickboxing with Coach Greg Bartman! This exciting program combines valid street-defense techniques with an incredible workout. We will safely cover the details of kickboxing stances, movement, defenses, punches, elbow and knee strikes, kicks, and practical combinations. This course will increase your balance, stamina, overall fitness, and confidence.

Classes will consist of technical instruction, movement exercises, shadowboxing, striking focus mitts and heavy bags, controlled partner timing drills, and stretching. Appropriate for men and women at any level of physical fitness. Ages teen to adult are welcome. Equipment and gloves provided. Hand wraps and gear available for purchase.Be fit!  Develop strong, lean muscles and fast reflexes while building coordination and conditioning with a technical Kickboxing workout.

Intermediate Thai Kickboxing Course

We continue the instruction and training of Street-Defense Style Kickboxing with a dynamic and intense workout.  Learn intermediate combinations for defense and counter-attack, and improve your fluid movement between position and technique.
