and Body Transformer Fitness

Vicki Levicy (Zumba)—
Finding an exercise program that is fun and
not monotonous is rare but Zumba® Fitness
provides you with just that. Zumba® has
assisted me in losing over 50 pounds! I speak
from personal experience when I say that,
“anyone can do this.” My classes
are non-intimidating and easy-to-follow. The
Zumba® Fitness program is so effective
because you really get lost in the music and
forget you’re working out. Join me and
party yourself into the best shape of your
life!
Ferry Pattipeilohy (Core and Stretch)—
I just want to get people fit. I have been
teaching a variety of classes for 25 years.
My focus is primarily yoga. Other classes
that I teach include Pilates, Total Body Conditioning,
Zumba, and Martial Arts. Come join me for
a new body experience, a relaxing session
of Hatha Yoga. Please bring your own mat if
you have one.
Lubomyr Murashchik (Kickboxing)
is an educated and motivating group instructor
and MMA coach/fighter. He holds a reputation
within the fitness and martial arts communities
as a serious and engaging trainer, who yields
fast and real results. Lubomyr has competed
in boxing, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts
competition, and has achieved instructor status
in several martial arts disciplines including
Aikido, Hapkido, and Muay-Thai Boxing. While
enlisted in the United States Marine Corps,
Lubomyr worked as a close-quarters combat
instructor. Finally Fit is a program specifically
designed to teach you the tools needed to
get fit and stay fit. Through strength, stability,
cardio, and conditioning drills, your body
will transform into an athletic fat burning
machine. Regardless of your age or fitness
level, Finally Fit is a safe and manageable
program. Finally Fit was designed to give
you lasting fitness knowledge and ability
by letting you use your own body as your main
training tool.
JaWanna Henry (Body Transformer Fitness)
– Come and join JaWanna Henry
for a total body strengthening and toning
class. Class begins with a warm up to wake
up your body. Using resistance bands, Body
Blades, and body weight, exercises are performed
to work the major muscles of your body. These
exercises challenge you to work to tone your
arms, core, buttocks, and legs. Balance and
coordination exercises will be performed to
help work the smaller muscles. All of these
exercises work together to give you the opportunity
to transform your body! Participants are welcome
to bring their own weights.

10 classes $90
20 classes $170
Group purchases for classes can be used for
other classes and locations.
