NIH personal trainers are experts at helping new and returning exercisers get started, and assisting long-time exercisers breakout of plateaus. One-on-one training sessions at NIH are very affordable and are either 50 or 25 minutes in length. Sessions can be purchased one at a time, or in packs of three, six, or twelve.
