Pilates is a series of controlled movements performed on a padded mat without an apparatus. By strengthening the abdominals and core muscles, there is more support for the spine and lower back. Instead of performing many repetitions of each exercise, the movements are more precise, requiring control and form.

Pilates Level I

A total body conditioning class that focuses on developing core strength, increased flexibility, muscle tone, and body awareness. The Pilates Method is a set series of exercises designed to rebalance the body and bring it into correct postural alignment.  For new students and students desiring a slower paced class.

Pilates Level I/II

This class will progress faster than Pilates I and more advanced exercises will be introduced
