NIH Yoga Week & Weight Watchers Activities

NIH Yoga Week is grateful to our Primary Sponsor, Weight Watchers, for providing us the resources to implement this wonderful week of activities that are free for NIH employees and the public.  Weight Watchers has four essential components to lose weight safely and sensibly: eating wisely through one of our two food plans, increasing physical activity with guidelines on moving more, group support, and changing behaviors related to food.
