Yoga Week & Weight Watchers Activities
NIH Yoga Week is

implement this wonderful week of activities that
are free for NIH employees and the public.
Weight Watchers has four essential components to
lose weight safely and sensibly: eating wisely
through one of our two food plans, increasing
physical activity with guidelines on moving
more, group support, and changing behaviors
related to food. Meetings provide real life
insights to help achieve goals, and optional
online interactive resources help you step by
