Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga creates a sense of well - being and strength through a series of gentle postures, stretches, breathing techniques, and relaxation. Yoga is an ancient practice for reducing stress, balancing the mind, and restoring good health.  Yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation promote mental clarity and calmness, and provide for an effective preventative health maintenance program.
