Through a series of
postures, stretches, breathing, and deep relaxation, Yoga ("union")
is an ancient practice for reducing stress, balancing the mind, and
restoring good health. Techniques promote mental clarity, calmness,
and an effective preventative health maintenance program. The
practice serves to create greater flexibility, strength, and
integration of the body, mind, and spirit.

Pucciarelli is a certified YRT200 Yoga Alliance Teacher. This
class weaves Hatha Yoga postures into a flow with detailed
instruction. Various versions of sun salutations, standing and
seated postures will be explored with emphasis on building strength
and flexibility, bringing more awareness and focused attention to
the breath, and learning how to relax the mind & body.
