The Library of Congress Recreation Association serves as the parent group for the LC Philatelic Club. The Philatelic Club meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month, 11:30 am- 12:30, Copyright Cataloging conference room, Library of Congress Madison Building, LM 513.
