Log-on Instructions for Existing Cardholders/Vendors:

1. Go to http://www.perkscard.com
   
2. Click Register
   
3. Click on Click Here under "Was your Perkscard issued by your employer?"
   
4. Complete the login information form (select employer program that you are a participant in); an e-mail address is required for entry; then click on Register
   
5. Your username and password will be instantaneously mailed to your e-mail address; retrieve it and ...
   
6. Come back to http://www.perkscard.com and enter your username and password in the member login blocks and click on login now
