New Fitness Assessments
A fitness
assessment is a valuable tool for those wanting to start a
fitness program but who are uncertain where to begin and
provides a personal trainer the necessary test results to
implement a safe, effective, and appropriate personalized
program. It’s also great for you fitness buffs to see where all
that hard work has gotten you. A certified Personal Trainer will
begin your assessment by checking your heart rate, blood
pressure, and body composition. The trainer will continue with a
3-minute cardiorespiratory test, a sit and reach flexibility
test, and strength and endurance assessments for your abdominals
and upper body. Once you have completed the evaluation, the
Personal Trainer will review your results with you.
Fitness
assessments are $23. Please call or stop by the fitness center
to make an appointment.
