New members or returning members who have been inactive for more than one full season, click on one of the links below to download and print the application form. Fill out the application and send it to:

along with a personal check for $30.00, payable to NIHGA. Include a separate check for $7.00, payable to NIH R&W, unless you have already joined the R&W for the current year.
Renewing members, send your NIHGA dues and R&W fee to your team captain.
