The scorecards from the stroke-play outings are used to determine the team standings and individual award, as well as individual handicaps. To ensure accuracy, members should abide by the following rules:
- Submit ONE card with the names and scores for the entire foursome. Each cart should keep a card with the scores for all 4 players. At the end of the round, compare the two cards and make any necessary corrections to the card that will be submitted.
- Print the first and last names, plus team number, for each player on the card.
- Numbers should be readable on the card submitted, without extra items, e.g. circling pars and birdies, skins, number of putts, etc. Add the scores for each nine and total. They are used to compare with the conputer's calculation to catch input errors. There is no penalty for addition errors
- All players must sign the card. Missing signatures will result in disqualification of a player's score for team standinng or individual prizes.
