This information is for club leaders and persons wishing to form a club with the R&W Association.

 

Dear Activities Leader,

First, thank you again for giving of your time and leadership to allow employees of the NIH-NOAA to participate in their recreational and support activities. To assist the clubs in their day-to-day activities, the R&W provides an opportunity for your activities to receive funding.

Below you will find the form that must be filled out to obtain funding and sponsorship. This form is for our 1998-1999 fiscal year. Our fiscal year will begin on July 1, 1998, and ends on June 30, 1999.

The allocation of your funds will be made by a Activities-Budget committee, chaired by the R&W Treasurer, Ron Hunt. They will be meeting after we have received your budget to finalize your budget recommendations.
