PMI Columbia Plaza: Columbia Plaza: Columbia Plaza has 24 hour underground parking located one block from the State Department. Beginning this month, all permits must be prepaid and a schedule of payment and pick up dates is as follows:

The cost for parking is $215.00 with a $25.00 key card deposit.  FARA has a limited number of spaces to sell in Columbia Plaza and they will be sold on a first come basis.  Parking in the previous month does not guarantee you parking for the upcoming month if you miss the deadline.  You can, however, guarantee a permit for each month if you have a valid credit card number on file with FARA.  If you have any questions, please call FARA service Cener at (202)530-5752. 

State Basement Open Season: State Basement and SA-6 permits must be paid for between the 5th and 15th of every month. Parkers will be able to pay for permits over the phone until the 15th by calling (202) 530-5752. FARA is accepting applications for automatic payments to be taken from your credit card. If you would like to make arrangements for automatic pay, please stop by the Service Center and submit your form today!
